From a Dream to a Daily Ritual

Bean There was born on a rainy Tuesday in a tiny apartment kitchen. Armed with a second-hand espresso machine, a bag of organic Ethiopian beans, and an unwavering belief that coffee could bring people together, we started pulling shots for friends.

Word spread faster than our little machine could keep up. Before we knew it, we had a line out the door — and a waiting list for weekend brunch slots. The rest, as they say, is brewed history.

Today, we source our beans directly from small-batch farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every roast is hand-crafted in our micro-roastery, ensuring each batch carries the unique character of its origin.
